GENERAL INFORMATION
SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENTS are required to reserve horses accompanied by a down-payment of 1/3 total lease fee, balance due upon receiving horses and/or equipment.
No Personal Checks, Please!
SECURITY DEPOSIT is required on horses and equipment - $1200 minimum for 5 head or less. $2400 maximum on 6 head or more. Additional security deposits required for out-of-state contracts and trailer rentals. The Security Deposit is in addition to the lease fee - paid upon delivery of horses and is returned after the hunt contract.

Summer Season Delivery
Please call for mileage quotes on smaller loads. We charge $3.25 per loaded mile on Interstates or Highways with speed limit 60 MPH. Mountainous Highways and dirt/gravel roads will be charged at $160 per hour instead of the current $3.25 per loaded mile charge. Whenever possible, trucking will be prorated or eliminated if loads can be combined to equal 20 head or more.
Short Trip/Hunting Season Deliveries
Please call for mileage quotes on smaller loads $3.25 per loaded mile on Interstates or Highways with speed limit 60 MPH. Mountainous Highways and dirt/gravel roads will be charged at $160 per hour instead of the current $3.25 per loaded mile charge. Whenever possible, trucking will be prorated or eliminated if loads can be combined to equal 20 head or more.
SPECIAL HORSE CONTRACTS: Horse contracts for movies, off season use or commercials can be negotiated individually. Lessee owned horses traded for horse lease can also be negotiated. We will buy your horses and lease them back to you.
HORSE TRAILERS: 2 horse bumper pull - $200, 4 horse bumper pull - $300, 6 horse bumper pull - $400. Available for two weeks only. $1200 security deposit required.

INJURED OR DAMAGED HORSES: Horses returned with wither sores, kidney sores, malnourished or damaged so as to be unusable for the rest of the hunting season - penalty charge of $365 for each injured horse. Short trip hunters furnishing their own equipment can borrow extra saddle pads at no extra cost. Nearly all back injuries occur on horses where hunters furnished their own equipment and failed to ask for extra pads. Death or permanent injury - value of horse - $1200. Teams: $2400 per horse.
